I am looking into a new concept to make Yoga more accessible locally so this is a great time to consider newcomers and I want to get you all involved.

Please take 2 minutes to email me at peaceyoga@btinternet.com with your preference of class criteria as follows;

TYPE OF YOGA eg Sun Power Yoga
VENUE LOCATION eg Oswestry
DAY eg Thursday
START TIME eg 6pm

I will then collate this information and although I can't make any promises I hope to form a number of small dedicated groups - this is a great opportunity to arrange classes with friends so if you know a group of 6 - 12 people* that would like to share a weekly slot of Aqua or Sun Power Yoga then I need to hear from you! Alternatively if you are looking to join a group then that's great too! We all know that exercising with like minded people makes you more inclined to stick to it and then you get the benefits of regular Yoga practice. Reply ASAP with your preferred class details.

* size of group needs to be suitable to venue hire costs but I will endeavor to limit class sizes to maximise focused tuition

Oswestry Leisure Center Open Day 1st October 2011

The show went incredibly well - plenty of interest in Sun Power Yoga & Aqua Yoga classes. I had absolutely no flyers left & an ever growing list of interested contacts :0). The new year is looking good for more classes, 1:1, small groups & workshop days...
