The School is accredited meeting the National Occupational Standards of Great Britain. The 200hr Diploma is a REPs (Register of Exercise Professionals) Level 3. There is also a 500hr Diploma. Om Yoga Show | Sun Power Yoga Open Workshop

Watching the Power at work

Anne-Marie Newland took this workshop with presence, grace and poise as she welcomed and instructed a bursting Sun Power Yoga Open Workshop. We took in this radiant class from the sidelines as spectators. Anne-Marie guided each participant seamlessly through a series of asanas.  

Sun Power Yoga is a blend of of Ashtanga, Sivananda & Iyengar with dynamic Hatha. From experience I can honestly say that a single session can leave you more satisfied than any other form of Yoga or indeed various other forms of physical activity.

All the time I could here my teachers voice in my head, that foots out of line, they need to soften their shoulders, their heads in the wrong place, that leg could go higher, even my husband was pointing things out from the days when I was practicing my teaching skills on him. Anne-Marie of course didn't miss any opportunity for adjustment, with her keen eyes she frequently stepped into the packed session for hands on adjustments helping each attendee get the most from their practice. She demonstrated each pose with accuracy, giving clear instruction and adding a touch of humour to the session, it was a pleasure to watch.
